Thoughtful Little Angels will replace any item that fails due to defects in manufacturing when item is used under normal uses.  Just return item to us at the address below and include $1.99 processing fee. Please include a note with your shipping information.  We will ship back to you an exact replacement item as long as the item is still in production, if unavailable, an item will be substituted that matches as close as we can match to your original item.
